PURPOSE:To simplify the insulator in a curved part of a winding of a rotor by engaging an insulating cylinder with the outer periphery of the end of a metal cylinder, and containing an electric winding in a slot formed continuously to the insulating and metal cylinders. CONSTITUTION:An insulating cylinder 4 is secured to the outside of both ends of a metal cylinder 3, and a plurality of slots 5 continued to the cylinders 3, 4 are formed. A linear winding 2a is mounted through an insulating block 7 on both sides and bottom of a linear slot 5a, and an end winding 2b is mounted directly in the end slot 5b. A wedge 8 presses a wedge block 9 to the winding 2a to be driven into the opening of the slot 5a. |
