PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional porous polysaccharide matrix capable of inducing petrifaction of structure at a bone part and a non-bone part in absence of stem cells or growth factors.SOLUTION: There is provided a porous polysaccharide scaffold for use for bone formation, obtained by a method including following processes, i) preparing an alkali solution containing pullulan and dextran with a ratio of 75:25, trisodium trimetaphosphate (STMP), sodium chloride and nanohydroxyapatite, ii) transforming the solution to a hydrogel by standing the solution at a temperature of 4°C to 80°C for time enough to crosslink the polysaccharide, iii) impregnating the hydrogel to the solution and v) washing a porous polysaccharide scaffold obtained in the process iii) and having weight ratio of polysaccharide and a porogen agent of 12:14.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
