<p>The control valve is installed between the fuel pump and the burner installation, and consists of a plate made of magnetic material. The plate is kept in a space in the centre of the plate also made from magnetic material, and is kept in position by the coil spring housed in the core. The core is located in the centre of the winding held in the housing. The inlet passage connects with the space downstream of the valve and the discharge passage connects with the centre of the valve. When power is switched to the coil, the valve is opened against the force of the spring.</p> |
