PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to write comments in an individual table, and refer to the comments written in the individual table later with the individual table.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: addition means that adds a string that can write additional data in an individual table in response to a string addition instruction to the individual table from a terminal device connected via a network; writing means that writes the additional data in the string that can write the additional data added by the addition means in response to an additional data writing instruction from the terminal device; and recording means that records the additional data written by the writing means in a basic database in association with an identifier for associating data in the basic database with the data in the individual table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
