PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which is quick-drying and has excellent gloss, voluminousness, pigment-dispersibility, durability and coatability, consisting of a specified triazine resin and a polyisocyanate. CONSTITUTION:One mol of a triazineamino compd. of formula I (wherein X is H, CH3, C2H5, C3H7, a group of formula II, NH2), n to 20n mol (wherein n is the number of amino groups attached to the triazine ring) of formaldehyde, a polyol such as ethylene glycol and optionally a monohydric alcohol such as ethyl alcohol are co-condensed at 50-180 deg.C under atmospheric or reduced pressure for 1-20hr while removing the alcohol, to obtain a triazine resin (A). 5-95wt% component A is blended with 95-5wt% polyisocyanate such as 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate.
