PURPOSE:Raw rice grains soaked with water are combined with a flour of glutinous rice, then they are treated with heat to conduct high-effciency production of a food product with holds the shape of rice grain and has texture characteristic in glutinous rice. CONSTITUTION:A suspension of a flour of glutinous rice and/or glutinous corn or its paste is prepared. The resultant paste or suspension is added to raw rice grains sufficiently soaked with water or its half-steamed and semi-paste product and they are formed. Then, the formed product is heated or refrigerated or refrigerated after heating. Thus, the objective food product which keeps the shape of rice grains and has a texture characteristic in glutinous rice is obtained in high efficiency. |
