Slit materials are inserted into a die hole and a fixed shape is formed by pressing the hole up and down against a pair of punches. The materials are then inserted into a die hole, which has a bottom corner radius(R), and the die is pressed. The materials are then turned over and the process is performed again. This gives the materials a top and bottom corner radius(R). The materials are then punched in a stroke die. Finally, a rasp is formed on the surface of the materials side wall using a cold press.
