METHOD TREATMENT OF DESULPHURIZATION FLUX OF A GROUP QUICKLIME

Silicone oil(methyl-hydrogen-polysiloxane) is added to a hydrocarbon chloride or directional hydrocarbon solvent with 0.01-0.8 wt% of quicklime. To shorten the hardening time, di-nbutyl-dilaurate is added to the silcone oil solution as a hardening catalyst at 0.01-0.2 wt% of the silicone oil. Quicklime is precipitated in the solution. The solution is dried and hardened at 150-200≦̸C to prepare a powdered desulphurizer.
