PURPOSE:To execute a manual operation of a device without projecting remarkably a driving shaft from a device body by providing an operating knob part which is freely movable forward and backward against the device body, on the end part of the driving shaft of an image forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION:When a toner bag 123 becomes full, a recovery screw 109 receives a resistance of a toner F and moves together with a shaft 110 to the rear side against energizing force of a compression spring 121, presses and turns an actuator 115 by its boss 112, and operates a switch 116. As a result, it is detected that the toner is full, and turning of the recovery screw 109 is stopped. an operator removes the toner bag 123, discharges its toner, also draws out a knob part 106 of the shape 110 in the direction as indicated with an arrow a', and thereafter, turns it in the direction as indicated with an arrow b'. As a result, the toner F clogged in a pipe 122 is recovered, by which the actuator 115 is reset, the switch 116 is turned off, and a device can be prepared for cleaning once again. |
