This electronic apparatus is provided with: an electronic substrate (200) having an electronic component (204) mounted thereon; and a cover (100) that holds the electronic substrate (200) that is inserted in the substrate surface direction. The cover (100) is provided with: a flat board section (11); a first guide section (12), which protrudes from the flat board section (11), and which extends in the tilted attitude with respect to the planar direction of the flat board section (11); and a second guide section (132), which is positioned further from the flat board section (11) than the first guide section (12), extends, in the tilted attitude with respect to the planar direction, to the direction opposite to the direction in which the first guide section (12) extends in the planar direction, and forms an inserting hole (18) into which the electronic substrate (200) can be inserted, said inserting hole being formed between the first guide section (12) and the second guide section. The first guide section (12) and the second guide section (132) are disposed by being displaced from each other in the planar direction, and the second guide section (132) is positioned further in the inserting direction than the first guide section (12), said inserting direction being the direction in which the electronic substrate (200) is inserted. |
