An end surface of each first side wall, an end surface of each first intermediate wall, and an end surface of each first regulating wall are joined, by diffusion bonding, to an adjacent second structure, and an end surface of each second side wall, an end surface of each second intermediate wall, and an end surface of each second regulating wall are joined, by diffusion bonding, to an adjacent first structure or a cover structure. The thickness dimension of the first side walls is greater than or equal to the thickness dimension of the first intermediate walls, and the thickness dimension of the second side walls is greater than or equal to the thickness dimension of the second intermediate walls.
