PURPOSE:To obtain migration velocity distribution, from which the effect of cohesion is removed, by comparing a computed data-value signal obtained from the detected signal by data processing with a preset threshold signal, and selecting the signal based on the magnitude of the result of the comparison and the relation with time. CONSTITUTION:A data processing part 7 performs the data processing of the detected signal ft obtained by the photoelectric conversion in a scattered light detecting part of a migrating path. A signal is obtained by removing a DC component of the signal ft by a bypass filter 11 and undergoes sampling by a sampling part 12. The sampling data is stored in a memory 13. Computation is constantly performed by a data computing part 14, and a computed data-value signal is obtained. Then said signal is compared with a preset threshold signal in a control part 15. A data channel 19 is opened and closed base on the magnitude of the result of comparison and the relation with time, and the detected signal from an aggregated particle assembled body is removed. |
