PURPOSE:To improve the workability of the titled air conditioner by positioning a frame on a sheathing panel with screws and press fitting the frame to the panel by a bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:The frame 23 is provided with a bonding surface 26 parallel to a main surface 22 of the sheathing panel 1, a fitting surface 27 rectangular thereto, and a support surface 28 parallel to a support member 24, while lower screw holes 32 and 30 being formed on the fitting surface 27 and support surface 28. The bonding agent is applied to the bonding surface 26, and a tapping screw 29 is clamped to the screw lower hole 30 from the screw hole 25, and the support surface 28 is positioned with respect to the support member 24. Simultaneously, the bonding surface 26 is bonded to the main surface 22 of the panel 1. Upon this occasion, the screw 29 acts to change dimension A< dimension B to A=B, and the bonding surface is pressed and the bonding strength is improved. Next, a bedplate 2, a compressor fitting plate 3, a partitioning plate 4 and the like are secured to the frame 23. By this construction, a positioning tool or the like is not necessary, and a reversing work is not required, and the workability is improved. |
