PURPOSE:To operate a device with a power supply of low voltage and small-sized, by using boosted voltage of a modulation wave oscillation circuit made of IC circuit for the power supply of an oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION:A modulation wave oscillation circuit 2 in circuit integration is operated with a dry battery 1 using a UM-3 cell to output high frequency ON/OFF signal. The output of the oscillation circuit 2 is input to the base of a transistor Q1 via a resistor R1 and power is given to the primary winding of a transformer 6 via the transistor Q1. A high voltage in response to the winding ratio is produced at the secondary winding of the transformer 6, this voltage is rectified at a diode D to form the power supply for the oscillation circuit 4 in carrier 260MHz, and this voltage is taken as the oscillation control signal. Thus, since the transformer 6 taking the coil switched with high frequency modulation signal as the primary side, it is operated with a small-sized dry battery 1. |
