PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction due to the noises, etc. applied to a write instruction signal line by obtaining an AND between the write instruction signal and the output of a write input buffer circuit and therefore using the signal produced from said AND as an input signal to a write drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:An AND is obtained via a signal line 70 and a transistor Q70 between the write instruction signal applied to a terminal 21 and the output of a write input buffer circuit 16. Then the output of the AND is used as inputs to write drive circuits 17 and 18 respectively. Therefore both circuits 17 and 18 have no actuation although a noise having the pulse width smaller than the delay time of the circuit 16 is applied to the terminal 21. As a result, no effect of noises appear at terminal 28 and 29. |
