PURPOSE:To transmit optical signals with an inexpensive constitution and a structure where input and output terminals are easily attached, by inserting a light emitting element and a photodetector into a hollow pipe, whose inside wall reflects and scatters the light, so that they face each other and transmitting signals between them. CONSTITUTION:When a system control part 6 controls turning-on/off of the current of a light emitting diode 2 to transmit an optical signal to an optical path 1 after converting data indicating the rotative speed and the rotation number of a pulse motor 9 to serial data, this optical signal is received by a photo transistor TR4 and is converted to an electric signal and is inputted to a pulse motor control part 7. The pulse motor control part 7 controls the pulse motor 9 in accordance with transmitted data. A mechanism is operated by the pulse motor 9; and when a sensor part 8 detects that operation of the mechanism reaches a determined position, the sensor part 8 adds address data to the beginning of data from sensor and converts it to serial data, and thereafter, the sensor part 8 controls turning-on/off of the current of a light emitting diode 5 in accordance with data to transmit an optical signal, thus transmitting optical signals. |
