PURPOSE:To compress and dehydrate the crude rufuse charged into a device and to maintain the cleanliness of the device by providing a supporting plate advancing forward and backward under water pressure in a dewatering member having draining holes and disposing a turnable open/shut cover and a compressing plate in front thereof. CONSTITUTION:When the operator sets an operating lever to an accepting mode, the piston 25 of the 1st pump device descends thus forming the space for acepting crude refuse. When the operator sets the lever to a compressing mode, the piston 25 advances according to changing-over of a valve and forces a supporting plate 30 and a compressing plate 34 supported elastically in front thereof to advance, thereby compressing the crude refuse in the accepting space. City water is forced into a cylinder 42 as well and a lever 10 projects into a dewatering member 14 to detain an open/shut cover 40, thus compressing and dehydrating surely the crude refuse. The water drained from the cylinders 20, 42 gushes through an inflow port 44 into a feed port 3 to drop the sewage remaining in the crude refuse into a drain passage 7. The crude rufuse is dehydrated and the device is maintained clean by the above-mentioned method. |
