PURPOSE:To make a car travelable emergently in time of stalling of an internal- combustion engine, by driving an electric motor with a separately installed manual switch and thereby constituting each of driving wheels so as to be drivable, in case of an automobile using the internal-combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:In time of stalling of an engine, since an ignition key remains in a state of being inserted into the engine, a first discriminating switch 4 is closed, while two input terminals of an AND circuit 12 are always inputted with a high level by means of the high level output of an engine speed discrimination circuit 13. Hereat, if a manual switch 1 is turned to ON, the high level output is generated out of an inverter 3 as long as for a period the manual switch 1 being ON, and a transistor 16 is set in motion via a Q terminal of a D flip-flop 11, the AND circuit 12, a buffer 14 and a resistor 5, closing a relay 18, whereby power is fed to a starter motor 31 via a hydraulic control circuit 22, a solenoid clutch 32, a delay circuit 20 and a relay 21 so that a car is emergently driven by a battery 19. Thus, emergency traveling is surely performable. |
