PURPOSE:To facilitate the centering between a wrench and a bolt, by shifting a carriage holding the wrench used for clamping or releasing a screw in accordance with a common driver, in case of an automatic clamping-releasing device of the screw for molding flask use in a concrete pile or the like. CONSTITUTION:When a molding flask 1 comes close to an automatic clamping- releasing device 9 as being conveyed on a conveyor 5, the size is detected by a molding flask detector 37, and a y-axis driving pulse motor 17 is operated, shifting each slide rail 13, a carriage 11 and an impact wrench 10 up to a position just above a y-axial bolt and they stop. Then, a spatial direction between bolts 2 is detected by a x-axial bolt detector 33. Subsequently, in accordance with the bolt position information stored in an electronic computer, an x-axis driving pulse motor 15 is operated, driving a common driver 29, and a carriage 11 is moved to some extent till an axial center of the impact wrench 10 comes to a position just above an x-axis bolt. In this time, a micromotion cylinder is operated whereby the carriage 11 is adjusted for remote-micromotion. And, with operation of a cylinder 12, the wrench 10 is made to go down, clamping or releasing the bolt. |
