PURPOSE:To make it possible to process toward both faces of micro-parts continuously, by constructing a device as that the micro-parts cut out by a cutter of the first tool box, can be processed toward the other end surface by the other cutter of the second tool box, through a reverse mechanism. CONSTITUTION:In a both faces continuously processing mechanism of micro- parts, such as an inner wheel or an outer wheel of a micro-bearing, a both faces continuously processing device is constructed as arranging the first tool box 1 and the second tool box 2 on both sides, setting a reverse mechanism 3 in the front position between both tool boxes 1, 2, setting the first processing chuck 4/a cutting tool 5 in front of the first tool box 1, and the second chuck 6 in front of the second tool box 2, respectively. Then, after a round-shaft-shaped material A is processed toward it's one end surface, it is cut in the determined length, and a micro-part B is cut out. After the micro-part B is reversed by the reverse mechanism 3, it is processed toward it's another end surface which is not processed yet, continuously, by the second tool box 2. |
