PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet with low friction coefficient, satisfactory abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, suitable curl, and antistatic characteristics by providing an antistatic layer which incorporates specific amount of acrylic acid ester on the opposite surface of the surface where a plastic film contacts with a tape roll, and by limiting total thickness. CONSTITUTION:Thickness of a plastic film 1 is set to be 30-150mum, and the plastic film 1 includes metallic fibers, metallic powder, carbon black and the antistatic agent such as surface-active agent. An antistatic layer 2 is provided on an opposite surface of a surface where the plastic film contacts with a tape roll. For the ratio 1 of custom statiside solution with the highest solution concentration, 0.2-0.6 times (weight ratio) of acryl acid ester latex is mixed, and the thickness as the dry film is set to be 0.3-3.5mum. By providing the antistatic layer on the opposite surface of the surface where the plastic film 1 contacts with the tape roll, improvement in low friction coefficient, antistatic property, cost, rigidity, etc., is obtained.
