PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having facinating brightness without damaging appearance and taste, by blending an instantly soluble powder food such as instantly creaming powder, etc. with scaly particles containing a hydrolyzed starch and a surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:An instantly soluble powder food such as intantly creaming powder, jelly powder, etc. is blended with preferably 0.5wt% scaly particles containing a hydrolyzed starch having preferably 3-25 DE value and a surface active agent (e.g., sucrose fatty acid ester, etc.) having preferably 10-16 HLB value, to give the desired composition. |
