PURPOSE:To rectlinearly cut a plate material, by sliding a skew blade fitted in a gap between a pair of stationary cutters. CONSTITUTION:A slide member 4 is advanced while a skew cutter is fitted in a gap (a) between stationary cutters, and therefore, a plate material 3 on the stationary cutters 1, 2 is continuously cut off and is led into an aperture 6 continuous with the skew blade 5. At this stage the gap (a) is maintained constant due to the fit between a groove 7 in a frame 9 and a projection 8 on the slide member 4, and the plate material 3 is pressed against the top surfaces of the stationary cutters 1, 2 by means of plurality of plate retainers 12. |
