PURPOSE:To reduce compressed air piping by installing a tank, which is charged with compressed air at all times, in a valve opening and closing device. CONSTITUTION:A tank 10 is installed to a valve opening and closing device 2, being connected to the device 2 through a pressure-reduction valve 11 provided between the solenoid valve 6 of the valve opening and closing device 2, and the tank 10. This tank 10 installed to the device 2 has an intake port 9 which can intake compressed air, and through which compressed air is sucked into the tank 10, to keep the tank 10 always charged with compressed air. Thereby, the valve opening and closing device 2 can be driven by using compressed air in the tank 10, reducing compressed air piping and simplifying an exhaust device. |
