PURPOSE:A resin composition which can give a cured product excellent in moldability, heat resistance, adhesiveness, etc., prepared by mixing a polycyanate ester with a prepolymer obtained by reacting a polymaleimide with a trialkenyl isocyanurate and a polyamine. CONSTITUTION:A curable resin composition containing (A) a prepolymer obtained by reacting, by heating, a polymaleimide containing at least two N- maleimido groups in the molecule, with a trialkenyl isocyanurate and a polyamide and (B) a polyisocyanurate ester containing at least two isocyanato groups in the molecule, a prepolymer thereof, or a prepolymer therewith. Examples of the polymaleimides which can be suitably used include compounds of the formula (wherein R is an at least bivalent aromatic or alicyclic organic group, X<1> and X<2> are each H, a halogen, or an alkyl, and n is 2-5).
