MOLDING IMPROVER FOR ALLOY POWDER FOR PERMANENT MAGNET

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled improver having superior dispersibility in alloy powder and superior lubricity by mixing polyoxyethylene alkyl ether with solid paraffin and/or camphor in a prescribed ratio. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of compounds selected among polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene monofatty acid esters and polyoxyethylene alkylallyl ethers are used as an additive, and this additive is mixed with solid paraffin and/or camphor in 1/30-5/1 ratio to obtain a molding improver. Alloy powder for a permanent magnet contg. a rare earth element, B and Fe as principal components is mixed with the improver and molded.
