PURPOSE:To display invariably stable functions regardless of changes in environmental condition as to temperature, humidity, etc., by constituting a contacting part for a shaft to be supported by using a vitrified carbon compact vitrified carbon compact and synthetic resin in combination. CONSTITUTION:The whole bearing 1 is composed of the vitrified carbon compact 5. Namely, 100% of the surface area of the contacting part for the shaft is made of vitrified carbon. In a figure, the vitrified carbon compact is shown by 5 and a shaft hole is indicated by 4. When this bearing is used for a camera shutter, the functions of the bearing such as lubricity are displayed sufficiently even at high temperature and high humidity and shutter precision is improved greatly. |
