The present invention reduces a reception processing load while obtaining a gain of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) when a downlink signal is transmitted using a NOMA system. A user terminal according to one aspect of the present embodiment comprises: a transmission unit that transmits a plurality of precoding matrix identifiers (PMIs) to a wireless base station; and a reception unit that receives from the wireless base station a downlink signal which is non-orthogonally multiplexed with a downlink signal for another user terminal, determined on the basis of the plurality of PMIs, and which is multiplied by a precoding matrix the same as that for the downlink signal for the other user terminal.
