PURPOSE:To reduce the waiting time for transmission processing by shifting the timing for production of transmission packet among stations on a loop transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 110 is connected to terminals 181 and 182 via a station 130 at the host side, a loop transmission line 140 and a station 160 at the terminal side. Each station stores temporarily the data sent from the computer 110 or terminals 181 and 182 and transmits them to the line 140 after producing a transmission packet. This packet production timing is shifted for each of logical circuits 151 and 152. Thus the waiting time for transmission processing for both stations 130 and 160 is reduced. |
