Disclosed are a shoe sole and shoe capable of enabling and disabling a ventilation function by changing a position of an insole (8). The shoe sole has a triple-layer or multiple-layer construction, wherein the bottommost layer is a solid layer (1), the middle layer is a ventilation layer (2) and the uppermost layer is a connecting layer (5). The ventilation layer (2) is provided with ventilation holes (4) in communication with the external environment. A hollow portion (6) at the center of the connecting layer (5) is configured to accommodate the detachable insole (8). Ventilation holes (9) are provided on the insole (8) at positions corresponding to the ventilation holes (4) in the ventilation layer (2). The area of the ventilation holes (9) provided on the insole (8) is less than or equal to that of the corresponding ventilation holes (4) in the ventilation layer (2). Also, a single insole (8) has an axially symmetric shape and/or a centrally symmetric shape. Alternatively, the insoles (8) in the left and right shoes have the same shape, or the shapes of the insoles (8) in the left and right shoes are in an axially symmetric and/or centrally symmetric relationship. In any of the above described relationships, an area on the insole (8) symmetric or corresponding to the ventilation holes (9) disposed on the insole (8) is a solid structure, and the ventilation function is enabled or disabled by changing the position of the insole (8). |
