摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective liquid crystal display device capable of performing excellent display and to provide a reflective liquid crystal display device having a high aperture ratio.SOLUTION: A reflective film is provided on a counter substrate side. An oxide conductive film is used as an electrode of a capacitive element or a liquid crystal element. Specifically, a display device comprises a transistor, an insulating film, a capacitive element, a liquid crystal element, and a reflective film. The transistor is electrically connected to the capacitive element and is electrically connected to the liquid crystal element. The transistor includes an oxide semiconductor film. The capacitive element transmits visible light. The capacitive element or the liquid crystal element includes an oxide conductive film in at least one of a pair of electrodes. The oxide semiconductor film is positioned on the opposite side of the oxide conductive film by holding the insulating film therebetween. The reflective film is positioned on the opposite side of the transistor by holding the liquid crystal element therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
