PURPOSE:To fix a rotary cylinder body and partition walls to end plates firmly by interposing side faces of truncated cones to confronting faces between a rotary cylinder and tapered end plates and fixing end plates to ends of a rotary cylinder interposing truncated conical partition plates. CONSTITUTION:Confronting faces between a rotary cylinder 12 and end plates 13, 14 are formed to a tapered shape and side faces of truncated cones 18, 19 of partition walls 15, 16 are interposed between the confronting faces. Thus, a rotary body 10 acquires great contact effect by the wedge effect due to tapered external peripheral surface of end plates 13, 14 and the internal peripheral surface of the truncated conical partition walls 18, 19. Moreover, the rotary cylinder part 12 is held on the end plates 13, 14 by the force acting to expand the truncated conical parts 18, 19 and the end parts of the rotary cylinder 12 generated by the wedge effect and the pressure applied at the assembling work of the rotary body 10. Accordingly, the rotary cylinder and the partition walls 15, 16 are held firmly to the end plates 13, 14 fitted to a rotary shaft 11 even if the rotary body 10 rotates with high speed.
