PURPOSE:To simplify operation by connecting an operating means, the shift fork of an advance/retreat switching mechanism and a shifter through connecting means. CONSTITUTION:The pedal 56 of an operating mechanism and the shift fork 50 of an advance/retreat switching mechanism are connected through a connecting means 59, and the pedal 56 and a shifter are connected through a connecting means 68. Therefore, clutch-, speed change-, and advance/retreat-operation 5 can be carried-out by the single operation of one operating mechanism, and operation can be simplified.
