<p>PURPOSE:To turn the upper frame by about 90 deg. while centering around a shaft being parallel to an original scanning direction of an optical system unit by installing only the optical unit to the upper frame, and connecting the rear end of this upper frame and the upper end of the rear frame by a hinge. CONSTITUTION:The rear part of the upper frame 11 is connected to the upper part of said rear frame 22 by the first hinge 13, and the upper frame 11 can turn in the direction as indicated with an arrow F centering around a shaft 13A. That is to say, the upper frame 11 can turn centering around a hinge turning shaft placed roughly in parallel to an original scanning direction of an optical system unit. Also, at least a pair of counterbalance receivers 15A, 15B are fixed to the lower face of the upper frame 11 and the upper part of the rear frame 22, and a counterbalance 15 is installed. In such a way, in case of a maintenance, a check, etc., its work can be executed from an angle of a wide range.</p> |
