PURPOSE:To always make the tip of an image on a photosensitive body belt con form to the tip of a usual paper by providing a tension roll on a position which has excluded an exposing position through a transfer form contact position in a copying process. CONSTITUTION:A tension roll 14 for giving a tension to a photosensitive body belt 10 is placed behind a position C to become the tip of an image at the time of transfer. Accordingly, even if a manufacture error, expansion and contraction due to heat, and a variation of length due to an irreversible elongation by the repeated use are generated in the photosensitive body belt, no variation is generated in a distance L extending from an image tip position B of the time of exposure to the position C to become the tip of the image of the time of transfer. Therefore, when the device is set so that a paper can be fed after a prescribed time from the exposure time, the tip of the image always conforms to the tip of a usual paper. In this way, a shift of the image on the usual paper can be prevented completely. |
