PURPOSE:To easily obtain a closed magnetic loop type layered inductor by alternately layering conductive segment of almost a half-turn and magnetic layer and then cutting them at the predetermined cutting line. CONSTITUTION:Two lines of conductive segments 2 is printed to a rectangularmagnetic layer 1 from the metal powder paste of Ag, Al, Cu, Ag-Pd, Pd, etc. A magnetic layer 3 is printed in such a way that only the end portion of conductive segment 2 is exposed and moreover a conductive segment 4 of almost a half-turn is printed on the conductive segment 2. The conductive segments 4 are symmetrically arranged. A magnetic layer 5 is printed in such a way that only the end portion of conductive segment 4 is exposed and moreover the conductive segment 6 is printed on the conductive segment 4. In the same way, the magnetic layer 7 and conductive segment 8 are sequentially formed and the center region is formed as the end portion F. Finally, layering is completed by printing the magnetic layer 9 to the entire part. This layered body is cut at the region 10 with a cutter in the width F and is sintered at a high temperature in the baking furnace. Thereby, a sintered body can be obtained. |
