PURPOSE:To obtain a copy of high picture quality and improve durability by providing a silicone rubber layer with high separation performance which consists principally of specific silicone rubber and a reinforcing filler on a roller base body. CONSTITUTION:The silicone rubber layer with high separation performance which consists principally of silicone rubber expressed by a formula and the reinforcing filler is formed on the roller base body. This silicon rubber layer is formed on the roller base body across a silicone-oil resisting rubber layer formed of at least one layer between a fluororubber layer and a silicone rubber layer. This silicone rubber is used, so molding workability is excellent and there is no offset generated to toner. The rubber elasticity is further improved by salt organometallic acid etc., used as a setting catalyst. Thus, the silicone-oil resisting rubber layer is interposed to improve stress resistance and strain resistance, and this is usable for a normally pressure fixation system. This fixing roller is used without being ground and good separation performance as to toner, high picture quality is obtained, and the durability is superior. |
