PURPOSE:The titled composition having semiconductive properties, improved adhesivity to substrates, and heat resistance, curable easily by ultraviolet rays, consisting of a specific epoxy resin, an ultraviolet ray-functional Lewis acid salt, and a specific amount of carbon black or graphite. CONSTITUTION:The desired composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin having >=2,000cps viscosity at 25 deg.C, (B) an ultraviolet ray-functional Lewis acid salt (e.g., p-methoxybenzenediazonium hexafluorophosphate, etc.), and (C) carbon black and/or graphite as main components, wherein the total amount of the component C is 10-100pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. component A.
