PURPOSE:To provide the titled equipment suitable for the case of fitting numerous tightly tying hardware on the deck of automobile carrier by constituting the equipment so that the hardware of the inside of each cassette is weldable to the prescribed installing places after the installation of the hardware by holding one by one to said installing places. CONSTITUTION:An ascending and descending lever 53 positioned just above a hardware gripping position 7 after stopping a truck 4 at the prescribed position and a hardware main body holding part 64 is abutted with a hardware main body 2A of a hardware 2 of inside of a cassette 3. A rack 61 is then ascended and a hook 60A is engaged to a ring 2B of the hardware 2 by widening outward the lower part of a gripping arm 60 with the motion of a horizontal lever 58 and turning lever 59. And a gate 36 is descended by rotating a cam 38 to release the end face of the cassette 3. A horizontal rod 50 is next shortened and the hardware 2 gripped by a hardware gripping device 57 of the inside of the cassette 3 is pulled out outside the cassette 3 along a horizontal direction. After placing the hardware 2 on the prescribed position of the deck 1 with the descent of the lever 53, then, a travelling body 43 of an automatic welding equipment 9 is travelled to one direction and the hardware main body 2A is welded to the deck 1 by a torch 44. |
