PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sherbet alleviating acidity, easily edible, having a shape slightly to collapse, by adding sugar and gelation to ground tomato, putting the blend in a plastic container having a shape of tomato of a mouthful, making it into sherbet. CONSTITUTION:Tomato ground by a mixer is blended with sugar and gelatin, to give a processed solution of tomato. The processed solution of tomato is put in the plastic container 1 having a shape of tomato of a mouthful, the toothpick 3 is inserted into it, and the solution is cooled into the sherbet 5, to give the desired sherbet.
