An N-sulphenylated oxime-carbamate of the formula < IMG > in which Rl is optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl, R2 is alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, or R1 and R2 together are an alkylene bridge having 1 - 6 C atoms, one of R3 and R4 is the radical < IMG > and the other is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, halogenoalkyl, halogenoalkenyl or alkoxyalkyl, R5 is alkyl, R6 is alkyl, halogenoalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, alkoxycarbonyl or dialkylamino, NR8-SO2 R7, or a radical identical to the radical to which the grouping -S-R6 is bonded, R7 is alkyl, dialkylamino or optionally substituted phenyl, R8 is alkyl, and X is O or S, which possesses pesticidal activity.
