发明名称 BATTERY CHECK CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a battery and to improve display reliability by counting pulses generated according to the operation of a camera and the operation of an accessary circuit which does not operate all the time, and displaying the remaining capacity of the battery by the number of plural divided displays. CONSTITUTION:The battery is connected to a camera control circuit through a switching transistor (TR) and also connected to a strobe circuit. The voltage of the battery is applied to a circuit B all the time and an initializing circuit 29 holds outputs of a counter all at a level H when the battery is replaced. A shutter operates and a motor is driven to advance a film by one frame and generate a pulse associatively; and the pulse is applied to an OR gate 44. Further, a pulse generated associatively when the strobe circuit is set in a ready state for light emission is applied to the gate 44. The counter 26 counts down in response to the output of the gate 44 to decrease the number of turning-on liquid crystal display devices 361-364 according to a drop in battery voltage. Thus, the life of the battery is prolonged and the display reliability is improved.
