PURPOSE:To reduce the number of elements and to realize high integration by providing a current mirror circuit between collectors of transistors that form a multivibrator for output. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a bistable multivibrator consisting of transistors TR Q4, Q5 and a bistable multivibrator for output consisting of TR Q6, Q7. A current mirror circuit consisting of TR Q11, Q12 that apply equal current to each collector is provided between collectors of TR Q6, Q7 that form the bistable multivibrator for output. TR Q6, Q7 are saturated by the current mirror circuit to prevent change of theoretical state of the bistable multivibrator for output caused by taking out of output. Thus, the number of elements can be reduced and high integration can be realized. Though a bistable multivibrator is used here, an astable multivibrator or a monostable multivibrator can also be used.
