PURPOSE:To form an information carrier in such a way that two sheets of substrates are hardly peelable and to improve reliability for a long period of time by adhering U-shaped reinforcing members to the boundary part where the peel is liable to arise across the surfaces of the two substrates. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing members 9, 10 are made into the construction in which metallic materials are bent. The bent parts 9', 10' across the surface 11 of the disk substrate 1 and the surface 12 of the protective substrate 6 are formed outside the region for recording and reproducing information and are formed to the length necessary to fix the two substrates. Plural pieces of the members 9, 10 having such same shape are adhered to the end face parts on the outside and inside peripheral surfaces of the disk constituted by adhering the substrates to each other, by which the adhesive strength is easily improved. |
