PURPOSE:To isolate and to purity a protein to function as a a receptor of B cell differentiation factor, by preparing a monoclonal antibody against the receptor from a fused strain which is formed by using an antibody preparation cell obtained from an animal immunized against B cell, using the monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION:A fused strain of an antibody preparation cell obtained from an animal immunized against a B cell obtained from a B lymphocyte such as splenocyte, lymph node cell, etc. and a myeloma is prepared, from which a cell strain to produce specifically a receptor antibody of B anti-cell differentiation factor (TRF) is obtained. A B cell or B cell tumor sensitized with a proper antigen is ground to give a soluble membrane protein fraction, which is blended with a receptor monoclonal antibody of anti-TRF prepared from the cell strain to give a protein linked to the antibody, which is eluted to give substantially a purified protein having function as a receptor of TRF. |
