PURPOSE:To shorten the picture processing time of pictures sent from a high density magnetic tape by taking out only telemetry data at the reception of picture data from a satellite and previously calculating geometrical positional relation. CONSTITUTION:Picture data sent from a satellite 1 and telemetry data (TMD) are inputted through an antenna 2 and demodulated 14 to be divided into the TMD and picture data. These data are synchronized by a TMD bit synchronizer (BS) 10 and a picture data BS 11 respectively, processed 4 for recording and then recorded in a high density magnetic tape 5. An output of the TMDBS 10 is inputted to a TMD extracting part 16 through a data input part 15. An attitude calculating part 17 calculates geometrical positional relation on the basis of the information such as attitude and orbit data and operating modes and the calculated results are stored in an attitude data file 18. To compensate these pictures, geometrical distortion is compensated from the contents of the file 18 by a geometrical distortion compensating part 19. A picture reproduction starting position from the tape 5 is decided, stored in a picture file 7 through a picture reproduction input part 13 and outputted after sampling processing 20. |
