PURPOSE:To obtain the damping effect of a spring without using a viscoelastic member by forming a plastic deformed part at a part of a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:A movable part 301 is supported onto a fixed member 304 by a metal leaf spring 302. A plastic deformed part 303 is formed at a part of the leaf spring 302. Said plastic deformed part 303 is formed by bending or compressing a part of the leaf spring 302 by applying the stress below a break point. When the plastic deformed part 303 is formed, said deformed part 303 receives a large strain for the minute variation of stress. Therefore, the plastic deformed part 303 absorbs the vibration of the leaf spring 302, and a large internal damping effect can be obtained for vibration. Said leaf spring 302 is effective when used in an optical type information detecting apparatus. |
