PURPOSE:To make easy the handling of specific rod type objects in the case of a device for a plate roller and others referred to the titled by configurating the device in such manner than a laggage carrier, on which a rod type object can be laid on its side using a holder that can easily hold and release the object as required, can be lifted and lowered. CONSTITUTION:A plate roller A is held at its both ends with holder 44 and 44', which (44 and 44') are connected together by means of connectors 45, and is supported by the housing rail of a shelf just like a bridge is built. A bucket shaped functional unit 27 is faced with the specified shelf, and is moved closer to a holder 49' which contains desired inking rollers. After a channel guide rail 26 for turning coincides with the housing rail not shown, the holder 44 in a form of links is wound up by a winch by way of rope 42, then plate rollers are housed in the bucket shaped functional unit 27. A baggage carrier 75 is next lifted up for loading plate rollers, which are finally transferred onto the baggage carrier 75 with the holder 44 released. This configuration makes the handling of plate rollers easy. |
