PURPOSE:To utilize a mirror image function without causing an excessive movement and a restriction of a program, etc. by constituting the titled device so that the mirror image function can be set and released, and a position where a mirror is placed can be designated by th program. CONSTITUTION:An NC working program is read by a program read means PR, and from a program read by a mirror image discriminating means MD, a mirror image command code and each coordinate axis on which a mirror is placed are discriminated. Also, with respect to the coordinate axis on whic the mirror has been placed, a fact that a mirror image is being commanded is stored in a command storage means MCM, and a mirror position of each coordinate is stored in a storage means MPM. By the storage contents of the means MCM and the means MPM, as for the coordinate axis to which the mirror image command has been outputted, a position where a movement command point is reflected on the mirror is converted and outputted as a new command point by a movement command value converting means MCC, and the mirror image processing is executed.
