PURPOSE:To make a wide variety of stopper bodies unnecessary for preparing them as parts, by selecting much of a timing advance quantity upon shaving either of a first or second stopper part or both of the stopper body. CONSTITUTION:At the time of assembling, either of a stopper part 31 or a stopper part 32 or both of a stopper body 30 is shaved according to a timing advance quantity, and it is pressed in a casing 11. Next, a leg part 34 of a seat part of the stopper body 30 is inserted into an opening 36, rotating them as far as an angle of 90 deg. as specified. If so, the leg part 34 comes into a slit 37 whereby a slip-off of the seat 35 is checked even if a platelike member 33 is forcibly pressed by a second spring 17. Since it is constituted like this, at the time of assembling, the stopper part of the stopper body is shaved according to a timing advance quantity and pressed in the casing so that a wide variety of stopper bodies are able to make them unnecessary for preparations as parts.
